A trained retriever is the best conservation tool a hunter can have!  

We believe that most retrievers have the natural abilities.  It's just a matter of bringing it out in them.  Generally, if you can figure out a way to communicate with them what you want them to do, they will do it just to please you.

The first time we will require your dog to stay with us for three months for "basic" training.  This includes, but not limited to, the "force-fetch" and "collar conditioning".  Each dog progresses at its own speed, so it is possible, if your dog is a fast learner that he/she will get much further along than the basics. 

The amount of time it takes for the advanced training can vary from dog to dog, depending on how "advanced" you would like your dog to be.

We also have a 6-month program to further educate your dog.

We will work with you when it is time for your dog to go home, so that you will know as much as the dog does!
